Staff is great and very welcoming when you come in. My bike is all tuned up and looking great. And the jolly ranchers at the checkout are delicious.

I’ve been coming to track for a couple years with two or three different E bikes and they have serviced them all very well. I do like the quick turnaround and the way you text people and emails is a big help as well. Maybe in the near future you should get your text to go to training to do the motors on E bikes as well on how to service them. I think this would help you guys out a lot and also bring in more business. So hopefully you can make this happen.

The guys in the shop took such good care of me! They tricked out my bike with every accessory that I might need, installed them and ordered whatever they didn't have in stock! They were so efficient and made me feel like the most important person in the room. I'm so grateful to know such service still exists in the world. They even delivered my bike to me and showed me how it worked!

The service at the store in University Place is the best in town; I know this because I've gone to the other shops. Best, because they are gracious and helpful from the moment you step in the store, and even when they're super busy, they've always gotten my bike back to me when I need it.
