I like the play vs relax time ratio and appreciate the different rooms for the different energy types but I also love that there's an outdoor play area as well. Parking was MUCH better then I expected and have enjoyed the experience thus far.

Dogtopia team is super accommodating with my requests. They make sure Freyia is 100% taken care of. They pay special and dedicated attention to her needs. Freyia has been a member for more than 6 years. They keep me updated with important things. They are phenomenal!

I like that the front desk staff asked me if I had questions on the meet and greet day and they took the time to answer everything. I like their structure of a meet and greet as being an initial 30 minutes ordeal. In case my dog didn’t have a good experience in that first 30 minute session, we could leave with no questions or obligations. The front desk staff was very informative and answered all my questions during the initial 30 minutes. They asked me a lot of questions about my dog too before taking her to meet other dogs. I’ve had some other meet and greet experiences at other facilities that felt too rushed and did not give me information

Every employee front counter, in play rooms, any assistance needed for my Bucky is way beyond 10 rating. I think they love him as much as I do &know he loves each of them! He "talks" to much but always has that bushy white Cavalier tail reminding happy boy! WHAT ELSE COULD A dog Mom ask for🥰🥰🥰

The staff is very thorough by taking pics when my pup vomited. April, the new Manager, wanted to have record of it in case it was recurring. I was very impressed.it shows you how much they care. Thankfully it was a one time incident.

Our dogs are excited to go to Dogtopia, straining at the leash as soon as they get out of the car. Once they get inside, everyone is happy to see them. My dogs happily go with the person to take them into their play area.

My dog always looks beautiful after he is bathed at Dogtopia and he is ready in a much shorter amount of time than at other dog salons I have taken him to.
