Just remarkably kind people devoted to the cause of making cycling a pleasure for everybody. They joyfully and willingly and without any difficulty did some warranty work for me on a bike I had not bought from them. Always with a smile and always bending over to make it effortless for me. This particular bike shop is always a delight to work with and we are lucky to have them.

Sales help was great; very knowledgeable and able to help me understand the differences in the different bikes and the components. Service was great also, very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to talk to me about the parts that were added (mirror and necessary tools for the road).

The bike was a unique color and was definitely geared to what I wanted for a riding style. It wasn't overly expensive either. Thomas and Wes are pretty cool people. Very nice and very patient. They actually greet people when they come in, they are eager to help people, and that's the way of bike shop should be. Long story short, the customer service is great, they had what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend shopping for a bicycle there.

I’m not a local, and I had only two days to buy a bike and a travel case, and to get everything packed. The day before, I called the shop to confirm that the specific model and size were in stock. I explained my situation & the urgency, and they immediately helped me figure out the right fit and ensured the case would work. I arrived at the shop the next day and bought the bike after a test ride. Even though the staff was busy with other work, they happily agreed to my request and professionally packed the bike into the case—even though the case size was a tight fit. Throughout my time at the shop, I received professional and courteous answers to all my questions!

I got my bike around my birthday in May, and it’s probably the best investment I’ve made this year. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he set me up with everything I needed. At first, I thought it seemed like a lot, but I’ve ended up using every single thing he recommended. Since then, I’ve put about 300 miles on the bike and lost about 22 pounds. I’ve completely replaced my car with the bike for short trips, and it’s made a huge difference in my life. The guys at the Issaquah store are great. I’m new to biking, and they’re always patient with my questions, no matter how basic. Everyone is knowledgeable and welcoming, and I enjoy every visit to the shop.

Trek in Issaquah put together an electric assist Trike for me. The price was fare and the service was great. I especially appreciated the help learning how to operate it and the assurance I was welcomed to come back to Trek if I had any future questions. I would recommend Trek to a friend. Joanie
