Zakilah was readily available for questions or concerns that arose during the process. She was mindful of my need to move through the process as quickly as possible and was constantly working towards that goal. I appreciate the communication she not only had with me but staying in contact with the other realtor and title company. This experience was stressful but may have been a lot worse with Zakilah.
