The staff at Trek Fredericksburg went above and beyond on a bike that I purchased from Trek Newark Delaware and they treated me like it was one of there bikes. Helped me get the Marlin 8 ready to ride. Happy new bike day

Staff was extremely helpful and took a lot of time with us to answer questions and show us the bikes. They even let us test ride their personal bikes since the particular model and size I was interested in was not available.

Spencer was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to my needs and concerns. He showed me a bike that exceeded my expectations and answered all my questions. Fitted the bike for me and let me take it for a ride. He registered the bike for me, and installed a mirror. Explained service packages, and warranties. Can't wait to pickup my bike tomorrow.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I purchased my bike and I absolutely love riding it, even if it’s just for a short time. The bike that was sold to me is a very smooth riding bike and I’m enjoying it. My salesman Matt was extremely helpful during my purchase by giving me comparisons in different bikes and assisting me with all the accessories I needed to further enjoy the ride as well as keeping the ride safe.

They listened to my problem, asked pointed questions gave me an idea when the bike would be ready and had it ready much sooner than that. They also showed me what we could do better to avoid the problem we had going forward. I was a very happy camper.
