Staff was nice and welcoming and the service provided was of high quality. I’m an avid cyclist and former racer and have always done my own services because I wasn’t pleased with the quality of work that was performed. I’ve used Trek Bikes 3 times now, and I’m quite pleased … and trust their work.

The employees are very nice and care about your likes and interests. Forrest and his wife (I did not catch her name unfortunately) helped me narrow down my selection by letting me test ride a few bikes and making adjustments to the bikes so I could get the best fit of each one. They made sure the seats and handlebars fit me correctly so I could make an informed decision.

I had an excellent experience with Trek Bicycle in Little Rock! I called to see if they could assemble my bike rack. Not only did they say they could do it and give me a price upfront, but they also told me I could bring it in that same day and they would do their best to have it ready that afternoon. I dropped it off, and just a few hours later, I received a call that it was ready. When I arrived, the rack had not only been assembled but offered to put it on my car! The service was friendly, fast, professional, and incredibly convenient. It’s refreshing to find a business that takes care of the customer and follows through exactly as promised. Thank you to the team at Trek Bicycle Little Rock. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them!
