Cat is fantastic. I always love the way my hair looks and feels after she's given me a shampoo, cut, and style. I also think the front desk staff is very responsive and does a great job. I didn't see an appointment open for Cat when I was looking (at the last minute) online, so I called to see if I could be on a wait list in case anyone cancelled. They said absolutely, and within 15 minutes they called back to ask if I could come in the following day at noon. Thank you!
