Trek Lawrence provides the best, always outstanding customer service. And they're a Trek store, so it's the best of both worlds. I love Trek bicycles - they're well made and stand behind their products.

Took my wheel into Trek to be trued and expected to have to leave the wheel for a few day's the service tech dropped every thing and did the wheel while I waited. That’s what I call good service.

Christian and crew are always great to work with. I have come in 2 times now without an appointment with a flat tire and they find a way to work me in. Really appreciate them!
