I own three Trek bikes. Obviously I like what I get for my money. I like the Trek brand. The Trek shop in Summit is my go to storefront for anything having to do with my bikes. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. They can help with supplying batteries for the shifters on one Trek with Sram components. Easy to do. I have a Trek 5500 I purchased in 2002. The Summit Trek was not in business at the time. This is a wonderful bike. Thousands of fun miles over more than two decades. It needed a mechanical overhaul. More difficult than supplying me with a couple of batteries. The mechanic in your shop did a first rate job bringing this bike back to the state I remembered when I purchased it new. The Summit business is awesome.

Quinn went above and beyond with My Son‘s bike. He remembered what items we had purchased months earlier and needed to install when I forgot and make sure everything went seamlessly. He also remembered what My Son had told him about his phone mount and you handle ours. He was great.

I thought Quinn was great went out of his way to locate what I’m wanted and very diligent answering all the questions I had. Pickup was a great experience and really helpful outfitting the bike to be complete I haven’t bought a bike in years but really enjoyed it
