Taylor and the whole team are awesome. Super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called and described what was going on with my bike. I was advised to bring it in. Upon arriving at the store, the team was able to diagnose and make the quick fix in under 15 minutes. While we waited the staff were very courteous and considerate by checking in to see if we needed any help. Always a great time at Freewheel Minnetonka. I have been to so many other bike shops in the Twin Cities and I don't even get a "hello". At Freewheel, everyone is always ready and willing to greet me and help me. Will always recommend Freewheel to everyone and anyone!

While not the biggest on-floor inventory, the staff know how to work with you on bikes of similar sizes/specs if needed to then order in other equipment to test ride. No pressure, just knowledge.

I went into the shop knowing what I needed but unable to translate that to a requirement for the bike I needed. Tylor helped me figure out what bike features I needed. I ended up buying what he recommended and am really happy with my purchase.
