Janet always listens to what direction I want to go in. Sometimes I want to go a little shorter sometimes longer and recently I went gray and she offered help and support for that too! I have been going to Janet for almost 10 years and would not think of changing!

Whenever I get my highlights done at James they always get the color perfect and even though my hair takes forever to do since it is thick, they never rush the process. I always get lots of compliments after going there!
