Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As a novice bicyclist, it was nice to have somebody that met me at the level I am at. Super customer service. I came in with two flat tubeless tires and they immediate took the bicycle, replaced with new gravel tires and installed them in less than 20 minutes. The mechs and manager were courteous, professional and exceptional workmanship. Provided me with a Military / Veteran discount and I was out and riding the next morning. Oh BTW I came in 90 minutes before closing and they had no issue ensuring it would completed before closing. Highly recommend Saratoga Springs Trek and as a plus the have parking on-site. SME’s.(Subject Matter Experts) There is no substitute for practical application of knowledge. I fail to recall their names, but the two young men that assisted my wife and I were quite remarkable. From the basics of how a bike should be ridden, to sizing and accessories. We are both very happy with the experience. Thank you, Noreen and Jack Hayden.

Everyone at the Trek Saratoga store is approachable, welcoming, and happy to explain and walk thru service options. Service is auick and reliable. And the brand’s reputation stands on its own. Stefan is wonderful to work with! We were in about 4-5 times over the course of a week and every experience and staff interaction was equally positive and professional.

I like everything about this store. The personnel, whether sales or service, are amazing. I find each and every one of them to be courteous, knowledgeable, always willing to help, even with some really minor things I stop in for, and they always go above and beyond for me every time I am there. I could not be happier with my bike, the experience during the purchase and the continued service after my purchase.

Caleb is the best! He worked to get me back on the road after the airline broke my Domane SLR. They arranged a loaner to get me through the summer. Yesterday, I got my bike back, but with a new frame. The whole experience was wonderful. Thanks!
