Carrie Montoya did a great job marketing and selling our home. The property is rather unique, way up in the mountains, but within reasonable driving distance of a major employer. I had it decorated with more of an urban bent, whereas most of the housing in that area are cabin or rural themed. The situation required a very particular buyer. Carrie found just that! And in a quick time frame, at a price I was very happy with. On top of that she went the extra mile to research and interview multiple realtors with her firm to find us just the right one in the place we were looking. Thanks to her that transaction went swimmingly as well!

We were working through a relocation firm (Cartus) and Carrie made sure that we had all of the paperwork in order so that we could receive our reimbursements through the relocation company. This is our first time to work with Coldwell Banker Legacy but our second time to work with Carrie Montoya. Carrie was our agent when we sold a home 2 1/2 years ago and was absolutely great to work with so we reached out to her when we decided to move back to norther New Mexico. We had been looking online at homes and while visiting for Christmas decided to look in earnest and called Carrie. We had picked a lender before talking with Carrie that turned out to be very difficult to work with. Carrie was very involved in assisting us with communication and document provision to the lender. She was also very proactive in dealing with the sellers agent and helped get through some difficult communications with him. Our original lender chose not to issue a loan three days before our scheduled closing because of some unusal circumstances related to flood insurance for the new home. Carrie immediately contacted anew lender and helped us work with that lender to secure the loan and close in less than 10 days. Coldwell Banker Legacy provided support for Carrie and supported her efforts on our behalf. Carrie has gone far beyond our expectations in working with us and providing excellent support and recommendations for trade personnel to provide inspections, repair estimates and work. Having purchased and sold several homes over the years we have never worked with anyone that is as easy, pleasant and diligent to work with. Carrie continues to stay in contact with us and provide support post closing on our new home. We highly recommend Carrie for selling or purchasing a home!
