The service department and staff is always helpful even though I don’t have a Trek bike. I had an incident with my brakes a day before a race and they were able to get it fixed it in time for the race. Actually much faster than expected

I truly appreciate the great customer service at Trek! They are always so kind and patient. They are extremely knowledgeable and are quick to diagnose and solve any issues.
