We were having such a problem with a population explosion of rats on our property. From the first visit we saw a huge decline in population and don’t even think about it anymore. Matt comes for regular visits and keeps us pest free! We could not be happier with the service and the results! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for effective pest control service.

Very efficient; The fellow checked all areas inside and outside the home, including the crawl space. He explained what he observed , set up the traps, and gave us the schedule for his return visits to check the traps, and assess the areas for signs of rodent activity. I will happily recommend Abell Pest Control .

Nathan called 10 minutes ahead to confirm the time of his arrival, and arrived as advised. He was friendly but professional. He gave an informative review, explanations, and plan for assessment/treatment of the situation and carried out setting the traps. He advised of the plan for the coming months and year ahead. He inspired confidence that the problem would be successfully addressed.
