My wife and I just got into road cycling, so I would say we are pretty new. We were trying to choose an “entry” level bike between specialized and trek and for both we were having a hard time finding my wife a bike since she would need the smallest size and it was out of stock everywhere. So what it really made the difference for us with Trek Twin Falls was the customer service, they treated us seriously and listened/answered every single question we had.

No one tried to up-sell me services beyond what were necessary. I did receive a call noting that one of my gears was not shifting properly, with an addendum that unless I wanted to ride really fast, it was not necessary to fix it. I felt that my older model Trek 7.2 was given the same attention that would be given to a newer, more exciting bike. And an associate even came out to help me heft the bike onto my bike carrier. Everyone was courteous.

Staff was very helpful. During the assessment of my bike they thoroughly went over what they were looking at and seeing in terms of what would need immediate replacing and what I could get replaced now or wait on and what would likely happen if I waited. There was absolutely no pressure and everything was well explained. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Matt is an absolute legend! I’m currently riding across America and stopped into Trek Bicycle Twin Falls for some maintenance, and Matt completely dropped everything to help me out. He went totally above and beyond, adjusting my handlebars and seat position perfectly to transfer the weight off my hands and onto my seat. He had a ton of killer ideas on how to mitigate the issue and get me riding comfortably again. On top of the expert service, we instantly bonded over our Navy days, since we both served on the USS Ronald Reagan. Seriously a great shop, but even better people working inside.
