I have been going to Stephanie for at least 20 years. Talented and efficient. Listens and is a good teacher to her students. On the other hand your new chairs and washing bowls are horrific. Painful and certainly take away from the experience. I had to leave early and forgo my styling from the pain of it all. Please rethink this and replace

from the very beginning of the appointment, everything was so nice. The person working the front desk every time I get my hair done it is done the way I ask. The price of my hair is always fair and the place is always comfortable, clean and fun. The little extras are unique to any other place in Cincinnati as the soda fountain with the good ice.

Jada always does such a great job cutting and styling my waves. It ends up laying so nicely for months even when I let it air dry! She also does an amazing job on my mother’s cut and color.
