I was staying in downtown Seattle whilst my husband was having major surgery. I could not take my dog to the hospital and did not want to leave him alone all day in a hotel room. I walked into Dogtopia on a whim and they accepted him (with his papers of course, which I had with me) no problem that day. He had the best time and I was able to drop him there everyday for 3 days. I am so grateful for their kindness, understanding and just the great overall vibe in the place! A great bunch of people that made my dogs stay in Seattle feel like a vacation. Dee Shea and Jax!

Staff are very commutative. I feel they know my pup and I feel comfortable leaving them. Having the camera there is also very helpful as I have the ability to check in even across the world just to make sure they are ok. The entire staff is super friendly. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my pup and allowing me the ability to take a much needed vacation without worry. Seriously thank you!
