Wait list time want from 15-20 min, to on-deck. I rushed over to service i was up yet another person who had a 5 min wait was taken first. I asked for a trim, back and sides only and blend in the top. No blend, it looks like I'm wearing a beaver pelt on my head. Really the worst experience at SC so far

Ashley is the absolute best at cutting both of my boys. She not only gives them an excellent cut, but she's good with them on a personal level as well.

The setup and layout is great. Everything is really tailored towards a male customer. All the extras offered like facial hot towels, scalp and neck massages, the different shampoos and shaves. Etc. . . . My stylist did and always does an amazing job. In the past, when my regular stylist isn't available or I'm in a different area and go to a new location, I never need worry about the capability of a different stylist. I believe they are very particular about their employees and their abilities. Everything I have mentioned combined makes for a pleasurable,carefree experience everytime I go into sportsclips for a service.

I was on the on-deck list and then I was still skipped over and moved back into the waiting list while I was sitting there checked in. Added 39 minutes to my wait. Then my son's hair was cut way shorter than he asked.
