Emma has done my sugaring a couple times now, and she’s really great! She creates a very warm and relaxed environment, and has wonderful attention to detail. She’s happy to work with me, creating the exact shape and look of my bikini line.

I've only experienced sugaring but it's an excellent, long-lasting alternative to shaving. I appreciate not having to maintenance target areas for an extended amount of time. I've been serviced by Leah and another young lady (unfortunately, I cannot recall her name) and they were excellent. Very attentive, diligent, and patient. Greatly appreciate their hospitality.

I love how comfortable employees make you feel the only thing thought about the receptionist is the studio city location I’ve been twice now and honestly the girls in the front never fail to make me uncomfortable when it comes to leaving tip. I tend to feel judged for not leaving the full 18% i am a single mother that can barley afford this but i do it because it’s a hygiene thing my mother always told me. And i do leave a tip always in cash may only be $8 $11 definitely not the 18% but my last visit i said no and she said so you don’t want to leave a tip and i said yes i have it in cash and she said oh ok well it’s usually 18% but ok you can leave it in the envelope i was honestly so embarrassed. But other then that both times with the Waxers i felt comfortable and they were great just not so much the people in the front

The hours of operation and the skill level of your employees. I’ve gotten sugared by two different ladies, Morgan and Fatima, and both were courteous and professional and I loved the results. I’ve also gotten a spray tan with Hanna a couple of times and it’s the most even tan I’ve ever gotten. She’s consistently good!
