Laurence was very professional and knowledgeable! I walked into the store knowing what I wanted but was unsure of a few things. I left the store with so much more knowledge and confidence. While I was trying on shoes and test riding my new bike, Laurence helped multiple other people, yet was still highly engaged with each customer. I highly recommend this store!

I ordered online late on Thursday... store closed before they verified inventory. Called the next day and spoke with Adam... who was very busy and also VERY HELPFUL!! He immediately verified the bike was available... confirmed the purchase online and I drove 80 mins to get the bike (FX-2 Lava with mid pass) When I got to the store... Adam was with another customer... but immediately asked if he could assist me... I introduced myself and he immediately assisted me with getting the bike... and helping me out the door as a very satified and Happy Customer... Adam deserves a bonus!! Jim Mullin

They immediately knew exactly what I needed, provided expert advice without trying to upsell me, and handled everything on the spot. It is rare to find a business where every single staff member is this kind, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
