Rat's Cycle's customer service is great! I brought an e-bike in with what I thought was a stripped pedal arm and they quickly determined that only the pedal, itself, was stripped. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a new set of pedals, and I was only charged for the pedals since the labor was so minor. That's the kind of customer service that will make me a repeat customer!
