Suzanne was very helpful when helping us fine out first home. She helped us sort out what was most important to us and gave us encouragement along the way. She was super supportive and kind to us even when we were feeling down or stressed about the house hunt. She was always on our side and I felt like she was fighting for us and our best future as we searched and put down offers! She talked us through every step of the way and was available to answer questions even on my weird hours as a night shift nurse.

Since there were no vacant lots for sale in our desired subdivison, Suzanne proactively contacted land owners by searching the tax records and sending letters to determine if anyone was interested in selling. Much to our surprise and delight, one of the owners contacted her and was willing to sell their lot. The availability of vacant lots close to Ann Arbor within our price range was pretty tight. We are thrilled that we were able to puchase this lot to proceed with our retirement plans.
