Roger is just a straight shooter. He discussed with us the potential issues we may face with this house; roof, well water, and septic tank. I appreciate the aesthetics of a home but I really appreciated the cold hard facts. Learning about what we could potentially have to pay for down the road, what sort of taxes, school, and flood zoning never crossed my mind until Roger pointed these things out. He went the extra mile always and allowed the home to sell itself. I appreciate that type of service, like today, everyone just wants to sell you something and is too afraid or lacks the integrity to inform you. Your agent is a rare type of salesperson. Many of my friends whole previously bought are now facing issues with the home as their agents just went on and on about how great the home was and left out the potential issues they may face early on. If you want an agent that will feed you a line, go ahead and find that person. If you like an agent that tells you "The GOOD, THE BAD, and THE UGLY." Roger is your man.
