We are so grateful for our experience with Sherry! She did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with both our new build and the sale of our current home.
She worked with us from the moment we started our new build process, advising us on the ins and outs of each step, various things to look out for, and providing input on what to prioritize as we made decisions about the build. Sherry served as the point of contact between us and our builder, taking a lot of stress off of us during what is notoriously a very stressful process. Up until the very end, she advocated for us and ensured that everything was done according to our expectations. She attended our walk throughs, inspections, and meetings with the builders - serving as a trusted source for us to consult with all things house-related. We are so thrilled with the outcome of our new build and it is massively due to Sherry's help and involvement.
Sherry also took great care in ensuring the sale of our current home was smooth and expeditious. She prepped with us to ensure the house was ready for showing, provided instrumental guidance as we fielded offers, and ensured everything was buttoned up prior to us making any decisions. Our house was listed and off the market in less than a week and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We absolutely attribute this to Sherry's expertise and hard work!
The closing process was stress-free for us - Sherry scheduled it so we could do both closings within a few hours of each other; attending both with us and providing guidance on any questions. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated as she recognized an error on one of the forms and ensured it was quickly corrected. She celebrated with us and made the whole experience a joyful one!
Overall, this is our second home purchase with Sherry and we have been very impressed with both experiences. Her kindness and caring nature showed throughout this entire process and it makes a huge difference to be able to work with someone that you trust. We are extremely glad we found Sherry and will be recommending her to everyone we can!

Sherry helped my daughter navigate thru buying her 1st home. She went out of her way, making calls to make sure my daughter was doing everything correctly, getting the best deal possible for the personalized situation. I was so pleased by her work that I hired her to list my lake home.She talked me into asking more than I thought it was worth and it SOLD quickly. She is constantly on top of her real estate market and knows the area well.

She doesn’t take any 💩! She’s a boss!
She was dealing with a really difficult opposing realtor and handled it so professionally. My patients were non existent with the lack of professionalism and unscrupulous behavior of the buyers agent, and Sherry talked me off the cliff several times. So grateful I had her on my side.
