Shannon did an amazing job with helping me with my real estate needs. She was responsive, helpful, and could always answer my questions. Also she got me incredible deals on both buying and selling houses. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Shannon was great to work with! Always available for showings, no matter how short notice. She was quick to get everything in for us when we were ready to submit an offer, and worked closely with our mortgage broker to ensure a speedy close. Very professional, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Shannon is a GREAT realtor! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our texts at any time of day. We were first time home sellers, and Shannon explained the whole process and walked us through it without making us feel like total dummies. Shannon is the best. We'll definitely be calling her for our future home buying/selling!

Shannon was a delight to work with again. She helped us buy our first house and we wanted to work with her when it was time to sell. She was attentive to our needs and always available to us. Her attention to detail was really useful in helping us decide on the house we wanted. We’ll definitely be recommending her and the Picknell team to our friends. When it is time to sell I’ll be calling her first.
