Service was excellent, I was unable to get to the store, so I called and arranged a purchase of the bike I wanted & the manager was willing to hold for a few days before I was able to make it in. This is the second bike I have purchased from the Dublin store and will highly recommend them to friends & family. Two other coworkers have stopped in since and raved that the staff was so cool and informative.

Mike was great, super friendly and helpful the whole time from start to finish. He provided my partner and I a nice deal for 2 bikes and even acquired one from another location. He went above and beyond, even recommended the accessories we were looking for to ride with our dog :)

Great maintenance shop. If you own a Trek bike, this is the place to take your bike. Good amount of Trek and Bontrager stuff in stock. Good customer service.

Braden was excellent in taking care of my flat. He was helping multiple customers in the meantime, full cleaning, reseating, and taping of the wheel. The tire wouldn’t hold air. Great job all around.
