The people were friendly, helpful, and only trying to upsell me a little. They were concerned about my needs and comfort - offered me something cold to drink while waiting. I'd definitely recommend the place to anyone in the Diablo Valley area.

The bikes were extremely smooth and my kids loved it. The sales rep was very patient with my kids test driving the bikes and we were friendly too.

The team was able to quickly help me with an issue that other bike shops said they wouldn't be able to get to for over 2 weeks. I called ahead, and they were willing to take a look at my bike and quickly see that it was a quick fix. They were clear, friendly, and helpful the entire time.
