Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Selling my house with Trish Edwards was refreshingly simple — in the best possible way. Trish made everything feel easy. She came right to my home, showed up exactly when she said she would (every time!), and just… handled it. No chaos, no stress — just clear, thoughtful guidance. She’s not overly sales-y or full of fluff — and that’s exactly what I appreciated most. Trish is sharp, honest, and incredibly tuned in to her clients. She asks the right questions, she actually listens, and when something comes up that she doesn’t know, she digs in and finds the answer. No ego, no guessing — just solutions. Here’s the advice I’d give any seller: Trust her. If Trish says, “This is what we need to do to get your house ready,” do it.
