After nearly 10 years away, we were absolutely delighted to work with Tim again when we took an opportunity to move back to Ann Arbor. Our lives, our needs, and our family had changed significantly, but Tim made the process as easy and smooth as the first time. He makes home buying not just easy but fun, and takes all the stress out. He was extremely understanding of our wants and needs, and has a keen eye for how to craft an offer that will win. Jimmy Michos and Tim Powell were professional, extremely helpful and knew how to help us sell quickly. They walked us through the process of selling my brothers fixer upper home. After previous attempts to sell the house by owner The Reinhart Realtors team made suggestions on what I needed to do before it went on the market. I believe their advice helped to sell the home faster and was very much appreciated. They sold the house within the first three weeks; making the process smooth and easy.
