Bob was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was right on top of things as they happened. He kept in frequent contact with me and explained everything as we progressed through getting the house ready, showing, accepting offers and right through the sale and closing. The constant communication between parties helped ease the nerves during the process. Anything I had questions about were not only answered promptly but broke down and explained in terms that made sense. It didn’t seem like just another job for them. It was very clear that they wanted the best for me and didn’t want to rush the choice . They even helped me get in contact with contractors to help design the house in my own image . 10/10 sevice and would highly recommend

Bob is a professional, well informed, helpful realtor. His knowledge and experience was the reason we sold so quickly. He walked us through what needed to be done to get our home ready for market. The vendors he recommended were all reasonably priced and provided outstanding service and work. Without his guidance and contacts we are not sure what we would have done. To say he exceeded our expectations is an understatement. He went above and beyond in every category. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
