While Rick is very friendly and amiable, he is most importantly a straight talking no nonsense type of businessman. Rick returns every phone call, email, and text very quickly. His approach is measured and consistent. I would do business with him again. We had a very unique home and rather than change everything to meet the norm, he relied on a targeted approach to marketing that emphasized the uniqueness than run away from it.

Rick was very responsive, always checked in to see what we wanted to do about details every step of the way, and had great advice. Rick knew that we didn't want to put much into the house before selling and he helped us know what to do to get the house ready to sell. He lined up various contractors to help us when we asked for help. For example to clean the house and do some touch up painting. Rick has great instincts and knowledge about how to price our house and when to put it on the market. We got multiple offers. We couldn't be happier with how much Rick helped us through the difficult situation of selling our house. Many thanks to you, Rick!
