Scott was knowledgeable, clever, and strategic in his listing timing as well as pricing. He gave fantastic advice that was absolutely necessary and appreciated. I lived hours away from the property sold and he went above and beyond with his time to be at the location for events I couldn't make it to and offered to do so much more than I expected from a realtor. He was able to put me in touch with people to help get the property up to code and even advised me with contract matters that came up during the properties initial listing. I would and have already recommended Scott to friends and family who are considering listing and I have a feeling they will be doing the same when the time comes!

Scott McClellan was the most fantastic realtor we could have asked for. Having never sold a home we didn't quite know what we were in for and he couldn't have made it an easier and better process. Both walking us through each step and providing fantastic advice along the way! Scott knew how quickly we needed to sell and he dedicated an entire weekend to open houses to get our home under contract. We are so incredibly grateful for Scott and everything he did to get our home sold at asking price so incredibly quickly! Would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a fun, thoughtful, dedicated and experienced realtor.

Scott is not only a great realtor but goes above and beyond for his clients. He adeptly handled a tricky negotiation and we ended up selling our house for well over asking price. When we were prepping for the sale he helped me out and the property with some odd and ends, and even helped power wash the house! When the grass started getting too long as the closing approached and I was out of town, he even mowed the lawn for us. Scott is a stand up guy and will do what it takes to make sure the selling experience is a good one.

Scott expertly handled all the details of selling our house, but that was just the beginning. This was our first home sale, and it coincided with starting a new job in another state. The start date for the new job was such that we had to move before closing, and Scott managed the updates necessary to pass the final safety inspection, going so far as doing the improvements himself. In addition to the business matters, Scott provided much needed moral support during which what was perhaps the most stressful time of our lives.
