As a first time home buyer I had a number of questions about process and best practices. Wanda was very helpful with my first time selling a home. Prompt with answering messages and questions I had. Helpful in sending me quick reminders of tasks I needed to complete. During the showing process she would reach out and give feedback and even went as far as to purchasee an air cleaner to use a my home to help with old smoke smell. Very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 would recommend to friend and family.
