Susan was absolutely perfect. She would meet us after work every day for a week straight to see 5-7 house a day. We would send her 3 and she would schedule 3-4 more on top. She researched the areas, found similar listings and educated us along the way. She negotiated $18k off of asking AND closed in less than 30 days. From the day we saw the house to the day we closed was 25 days. Sue was quick to respond to our texts/emails and kept us up to date along the way.
