Rhonda listened to what was important to us in finding a home. She provided a detailed list of homes on the market. We looked at all listings & gave her information on the homes that we wanted to see.
We bought the first house we saw.
Rhonda advised us with price to offer & any items we might to have. The seller accepted our offer.
We had to return to our home in Santa Fe, so Rhonda opened our house to allow flooring & other contractors to give us estimates. Then after Realtor lock box was removed, she put on a user friendly lock box for contractors to use. She’s the best!
