We presented Robert with a VERY challenging property to sell. Of the realtors we interviewed, he was the only one who seemed up for the challenge. He knows his market, was thoughtful about how he presented the house on the market. The house was priced appropriately, had many showings, and sold at our price in two weeks. He stuck with us and kept us up to date with progress from signed contract through the closing.
