The realtor, Susan Flynn has been an exceptional salesperson from the start of selling the house to giving keys to the buyer. She has been very organized in giving me the step-by-step information I needed without it being overwhelming. Susan made me feel confident that everything was moving forward in a good direction. She has given me information quickly and with courtesy. Susan has been very respectful of my time as my husband was ill during part of the selling time. The house was sold over a weekend!!! Yes, I defiantly would be sharing my experience with family, neighbors and friends. Thank you, Real Estate One and a very big Thank You to Susan!

We worked with Susan and Maria for a number of months before we were able to get our condo on the market. There were several issues with the basement that needed to be addressed before we could list. Susan and Maria moved ahead with as much as they were able, so the condo went on the market right after the repairs were completed. And to our amazement, we had a great offer within a few days. Their communication along the way and prompt response to any questions were impressive. They made what seemed overwhelming at first easy to handle.
