Renee Pfeil is the best realtor anyone could ask for. She previously helped us to sell a home and when we decided to start looking for a new home she set us up with daily emails for house hunting in our desired area and with the specifications we wanted. Renee was so available to us whenever we wanted to see a house that was for sale even though we weren’t certain when we wanted to move again. Then when we saw the house that was right for us Renee helped us through a very quick and competitive purchasing process that ended, with us successfully getting our new home, three days after it went on the market, and after a bit of a bidding war. Renee has continued to check on us and provide resources and advice throughout the finalization of buying the house and with other help we needed to make our new home our own. Super knowledgeable, not pushy, our best interests at heart at all times, very accommodating to our work schedule, generous with time, honest, kind. A lot of emotions involved with selling of my childhood home and family home of 45 years. Brie & Renee were respectful and had our backs each step in the process.
The info and input shared along the way - both factual in terms of market data, as well as the personal professional knowledge that both Brie & Renee have from experience, was super helpful to give us the confidence needed to make this sale happen.
As we remained off-market the entire time and closed relatively quickly and without usual on market needs I really thought our agent team was focused, prompt and kept the momentum going when it was most needed. Thank you!

Renee and Brie were amazing. Fromm the very start , they were thorough and professional. While I had intended to have them list my mother’s home, a family member came forward to buy it. They still provided updated comps for no cost, and let me know they could handle all coordination and paperwork for a very nominal fee. I don’t know how I would have gotten through this without them- they made it effortless! There was a snag on the buyer’s end. Renee had advised against having the buyers use the title company they chose, but it was ultimately their choice. There was such a stark difference between the title company we used at Renee’s suggestion and the buyer’s title company. When the issue arose, Renee and Brie jumped right in and were after the other title company until we had resolution.
We also needed a specialized plumber to check something out following the inspection, and again, the recommendation from Renee and Brie was spot on. If I could give these two more than ten stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat!

Selling Woodward was recommended to me specifically for the Detroit market, by a previous mortgage broker I had worked with. Brie and Renee were absolutely fantastic to work with. Both are super nice, knowledgeable, and communicative, and made the entire process go smoothly from touring homes to closing. When the virtual closing system had technical difficulties, they made sure to get a local notary over the my home so I could close on schedule. In short: They get it done for their clients. If you are looking for a realtor, I can’t recommend Renee enough! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly, it honestly felt effortless on my end. Renee is hands down simply the best. She is one of the hardest working, knowledgeable, and informative agents out there. Renee is everything that I would hope for in a realtor when we sold our home after living in it for 34 years. She listened to my wife and I when decided to list our house, understanding us, our goals and listening to our concerns. She then explained what she thought would be the best execution plan for us to sale our home, based on what she heard.
Throughout the entire process, Renee answered our questions very quickly. She also gave us heads up on any notification that we would receive, so that we were never blindsided.
She also guided us through the closing process and what to expect, since it had been so many years since our last close.
