Suzanne helped us purchase a lot adjacent to our property to help us close the deal on our house. Suzanne was helpful throughout the entire sales process. She made recommendations for improvements and helped find a contractor for carpet and flooring. Suzanne does a great job marketing properties. She adjusted her initial analysis after taking into account improvements that we made. The property was marketed both commercial and residential and eventually sold commercially.
