I have known Will in a professional context for about four years, so he was the clear choice to represent me when it came time to purchase my first home. Through all our interactions, he has been a consummate professional, handling the transaction with diligence, patience, and efficiency. His cheerful disposition and sense of humor were also tremendously helpful through my first-time-buyer-nerves. I have, and will continue to, recommend him highly to friends and family.

Davison, Mi
Went with me to each of the houses I saw and was able to answer basic questions about the house. As a first time home buyer I appreciated some guidance like ‘let’s find the breaker box’ and ‘I’ll try the sinks for you’. Will helped me go from being over whelmed to knowing I made a good decision.

Will was amazing!! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process and wasn't sure of what to expect. Will explained everything, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. It was a smooth process and I found the perfect home! Very happy. I would definitely recommend working with Will!
