Linda and Rick were excellent to work with! They recommended some great mortgage brokers which helped my parents find a great home to enjoy their retirement. Even with the fierce sellers market, we were able to find a home that matched our budget, location, and size on our first day of house hunting. Rick was very knowledgeable about home construction as we walked through each property, and Linda was very responsive throughout the negotiation process. I highly recommend Linda and Rick.
