Rhonda worked around my goals of timing to list the house and price, so that I once I locked in the purchase of my new home, The two pieces were critical because of the economic and market conditions were about to change, with interest rates rising. The sale of the house went flawlessly and well, and so far, it is going according to the plan and moving out in a few weeks.

Rhonda was great to work with. She is a very personable person and treats people as family. She went above and beyond to find us a house in this crazy market that we are in. She always kept a very positive and optimistic attitude through the ups and downs and reassured us that our house is out there. We looked at close to 30 houses total and Sure enough we got the house that we loved the most. It was a pleasure working with Rhonda and now I'm so happy to have her as a friend.
