Robert was great! No complaints from us and he made the process very easy and less stressful than you would expect. He is very informative and makes sure all your requests and needs are met to a T! Always has time for you when you need it and always on top of everything. Negotiates very well and fights for you at all times. Very good at his job and well experienced already.
