Theresa sold our family’s Southfield home faster than expected. Before placing our home on the market, she gave us sound advice on what we needed to do to prepare for showings. Always professional, she listened, was responsive to all our questions and clearly explained everything such as, contract language and the various inspections that took place. Throughout the entire process she made us feel comfortable, stress free and we had every confidence in her. Within just a couple of weeks, we received an offer and after Theresa’s negotiations, we received full asking price. We were completely satisfied and will have her buy/sell properties for us in the future.
