We got the house, there was no back and forth haggling. Squeezed the sale right in during the COVID recession. He responded quickly to documentation changes. Good communication with me and my loan officer. Made sure we got money we had coming in the final signing (had withdrawn from 401K for closing and there was some surplus). Then got an unexpected extra $250 a few weeks after getting the keys because he was a member of Alliance Realty Network. I'll take it, thanks Stan!
