Sandra was extremely professional and at the same time very personable. She seemed 2 steps ahead of where we needed to be and had all the needed documents and reports ready before they were even called for. Her professional connections made personal requirements like finding an inspector very easy. She was very good at explaining what was expected of me and when I would need to have it ready.

Sandra is a very thorough agent who is committed to her customer's best interest. Sandra insists that all required documents are submitted for both parties approval and signatures. This protects everyone involved.
Sandra sold us the Cherry Lane home 25 years ago and that experience was behind our decision to ask her to list the home when we were ready to sell.
