Sharon was very intuitive about coming up with the selling price, best time to list and how to make the listing appealing. She went over and above to make sure the listing was the finest and she was always available to other realtors and kept us in the loop. Further, she was very professional, gracious and patient. Changes had to be made midway and she was extremely helpful on helping us through these changes. I always felt like I could call Sharon and she never made me feel that I was bothering her (even though I did need some extra handholding). My best advice is to chose someone you trust and like as selling a house can be stressful. You won't regret choosing Sharon Spahar!

Sharon is helpful, informative, friendly and did not, at any time, make me feel like I was under pressure to find a home. She is very flexible and accommodating.

Professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. Made it her mission to make the process as senseless and enjoyable as possible . The best in the business. Highly recommend!
