Tim is a wonderful realtor and I will be recommending him to anyone I know that's in the market for a home! He is extremely responsive and proactive, which is helpful in such a fast-paced housing market. Tim is also very flexible when it comes to scheduling tours and will work with your availability. Being a first-time home buyer was nerve wracking and overwhelming, but I felt comfortable with Tim in that he always had my best interest in mind. I really enjoyed working with Tim and if I could give him a higher ranking I would!
