Despite some subjective difficulties I experienced she walked us professionally and quickly into selling our house at a very good price. Yulia took many initiatives and guided us calmly through very stressful process. At all times she kept her pleasant manners and became dear to us personally. We spent a lot of time seeing houses and Yulia showed us each house with patience and she was always professional and very positive. Communication was never a problem and we finally were able to find the house we liked the most. Yulia negotiated a very good price for us and helped us during the inspection. All the paperwork was handled by Yulia and it worked out without any problem. Closing was done on time and it didn’t take long even in the period of covid lockdown. Overall we had very positive experience working with Yulia and we will recommend her to our friends.
